PISTACHIO OLIVE OIL CAKE MACARON FILLING A professional macaron filling inspired by Pistachio & Almond Olive Oil Cake

Smooth pistachio ganache made with white chocolate, pistachio paste, almond paste, mascarpone, and delicate olive oil, recreating the soft, elegant flavour profile of the original cake. Dense yet creamy texture with subtle almond notes and a refined olive oil finish.

Designed for stable maturation, clean piping, and balanced shell softening.

Shelf life: up to 4–5 days refrigerated, suitable for freezing up to 4 weeks (defrost in the fridge).

Includes: pistachio olive oil ganache recipe, full production process, maturation guidelines, assembly recommendations, storage instructions, stability tips, and decoration ideas.

Additionally included: The full Pistachio & Almond Olive Oil Cake recipe was used as inspiration for the filling itself. Inside you will find both recipes — the macaron filling and the pistachio olive oil cake — allowing you to recreate the complete flavour profile and optionally use real cake pieces as a centre insert for an even more authentic “pistachio olive oil cake” macaron experience.
